Overview
Bandarban is Bangladesh at its most dramatic: green mountains, clouds below the hilltops, and villages of the Marma, Bawm and other indigenous communities. Twelve ethnic groups live in this district, each with its own language, dress and food. On this private 3-day tour you’ll watch sunrise above the clouds at Nilgiri, visit the Buddhist Golden Temple, and meet hill communities with a guide who knows the area.

Tour Plan
Pickup in Chittagong (airport, station or hotel) and drive about 2.5 hours to Bandarban. Afternoon at Meghla, then sunset at Nilachal. Overnight in Bandarban. (Meals: lunch, dinner)
Drive into the hills by local jeep. Stop at Chimbuk viewpoint and Shoilo Propat waterfall, then visit a Bawm or Marma village. Overnight in Bandarban. (Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Very early drive to Nilgiri for sunrise above the clouds. Return to Bandarban to visit the Golden Temple, then drive back to Chittagong, arriving in the evening. (Meals: breakfast, lunch)
